1. Nature and Scope of Coaching Services

Hold Fast Coaching LLC provides professional coaching services focused on personal growth, leadership development, resilience, accountability, and life strategy.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical advice, mental health treatment, or crisis intervention, and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

Coaching services may incorporate faith-informed principles grounded in a Christian worldview. Clients are not required to share these beliefs; however, they acknowledge and consent to their inclusion as part of the coaching framework.

No specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed.

2. Client Eligibility & Safety Disclaimer

Coaching services are not appropriate for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, or conditions requiring clinical or emergency care.

By booking a session, the client affirms that:

• They are not currently experiencing a mental health emergency.

• They understand coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health care.

Hold Fast Coaching LLC reserves the right to decline, pause, or terminate services if coaching is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

3. Client Responsibility

The client acknowledges that:

• Coaching is a collaborative process requiring active participation.

• They are solely responsible for their decisions, actions, behaviors, and results.

• Coaching may involve honest feedback, challenge, and self-reflection, which may produce emotional discomfort.

The client agrees to provide truthful and accurate information and to disclose anything that may impact their ability to participate safely and effectively in coaching.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Missed Sessions

• Coaching sessions must be booked in advance.

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are forfeited and non-refundable.

• Rescheduled sessions must occur within 30 days of the original appointment unless otherwise agreed.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of services.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds are issued for:

• Completed sessions

• Late cancellations

• Missed appointments

• Terminated services due to client non-compliance with these terms

6. Confidentiality & Legal Exceptions

Client information shared during coaching will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without consent except where required by law, including but not limited to:

• Imminent risk of harm to self or others

• Court orders or legal obligations

Coaching confidentiality is not equivalent to therapist-client or attorney-client privilege.

7. Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Hold Fast Coaching LLC, its owner(s), contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to:

• Participation in coaching sessions

• Use or interpretation of coaching guidance or materials

• Decisions or actions taken or not taken by the client

The client acknowledges that coaching involves inherent personal and emotional risk, which they voluntarily assume.

8. Online Agreement & Affirmative Consent

By checking the agreement box during booking or intake and proceeding to schedule a session, the client confirms that they:

• Have read and understood this Disclosure & Policy Agreement

• Agree to be legally bound by its terms

• Consent to coaching services under these conditions

• Understand the limitations of coaching and the absence of therapeutic or clinical care

This agreement constitutes a legally binding electronic contract.
